Ayce as Caretakers
On many occasions it becomes necessary to temporarily close a pub whether for reasons of refurbishment business failure or future sale for other use. It is important that on these occasions the premises are kept safe and sound.
Ayce will provide overnight "insurance" cover or 24-hour residency or create bespoke cover to suit our clients.
We are available 24 hours to ensure that our client’s premises are looked after whatever the threat.

Ayce has a small team that will clear out, fix up or carry out minor refurbishments on your business.
It is not always cost effective to bring in larger contractors to carry out the smaller jobs.
