Ayce Services Limited is a pub company that operates pubs on a long term and temporary basis as well as offering caretaking and ancillary services to pub companies. Our permanent sites can be several years and our temporary sites anything from 3 months up.

We are currently looking for Managers In South East and West Wales, The Midlands and West Country, and caretakers as detailed below. If you wish to apply for either type of position please complete the relevant form.

Managers

Description

We are currently looking for Managers In South East and West Wales, The Midlands and West Country.
We are tenants and are responsible for all costs other than payment for staff as outlined below:

Pub Managers

Our Managers are often self-employed this means they receive a fixed weekly fee in addition to a negotiable percentage of gross sales. Ayce Services Ltd are liable for all the expenses of operating the establishment whilst the Manager is responsible for the employment and payment of their staff. The Manager is in complete control of the daily operation of the business and is expected to maintain the premises to the highest possible standards, which are reviewed at a monthly Business Review Meeting.

Caretakers

Description

We require caretakers to sleep overnight from 22.00 to 0700 in our closed pubs. The only other duties are to be available to let people into the pub on occasion to view etc.

Yes we want to pay you to sleep!!!

Some sites are partially furnished others will only have very basic facilities and you will be required to provide basic sleeping equipment, sleeping bags etc.
